Use templates to create your cards without a lot of fuss so that you don't have to spend hours making sure your photos and text are perfectly aligned. Design your cards in layers, and use the conditional layering feature to print batches of individual ID cards with the same background and different access privileges.

This software contains its own integrated cardholder database, or you can link up to these file-based data sources: MS Access, MS Excel, MS FoxPro, dBase or Text DB database. Plus, you can create and print reports and save search filters. To make your cards more secure, files are password protected. Without the password, no one may access your cardholder files, edit card designs or print cards, so that you know only authorized individuals are using your software. Print individual cards one at a time, or print in large batches.

With Alpha Card Standard, you're getting a lot of card design freedom without paying a hefty price. To get started, combine this software with an ID card printer and a TWAIN/WIA compatible webcam or scanner to take photos for your cards. If you do choose to scan pre-existing photographs, you may remove the background and replace it with your own standard background for uniform, professional results.
