When you represent a company, local or state government or other medium-sized organization with security concerns, Alpha Card Professional offers more protection for your cards and more opportunities to customize your cards than Alpha Card Standard. Alpha Card Professional is compatible with all TWAIN and WIA-compatible digital cameras and scanners for sharp, almost instantaneous ID card photos. Plus, its centralized data management makes networking simpler.

In addition to password protection, Alpha Card Professional contains a user authorization feature that allows you to create different user accounts with varying privileges. With this feature, some users may simply print new cards to replace lost or stolen cards, while reserving design privileges and the ability to create new accounts to only those individuals you select. This way, there is no need to requisition one individual to maintain the ID card system at all times.

Use the integrated database that comes with Alpha Card Professional, or connect to a variety of file-based or server-based database systems- including Oracle and MS SQL Server. Since Alpha Card Professional is ODBC compliant, you can link to almost any external database for the simplest personnel and/or student management possible.
